In the past, I have had family members purchase vehicles through Modern Auto and they have all had a wonderful experience. This was my first time purchasing through Modern Auto and I found what I have heard through Modern Auto and they have all had a wonderful experience. This was my first time purchasing through Modern Auto and I found what I have heard to be true. We have a unique situation, our two sons are on the autism spectrum. Modern was very accommodating and allowed our sons to be part of the process, which helped transition our boys to their new vehicle without any major issues. We really appreciate Modern’s time, patience and understanding in allowing us to guide the process that was necessary to make this successful for our family. More

The staff were friendly and supportive. The car was mostly ready upon my arrival. Not pleased that I buy a car in April that has February plates on it as this causes me to lose 2 months off The car was mostly ready upon my arrival. Also, being told my check was off by $2. and change didn’t sit well, even though it was “taken care of”. Having 3 replies to my original online inquiry was really confusing. I expected buying a new car to take the normal five or six hours. I knew which car I wanted, and within 3 minutes of arriving I was driving it. Super clean and drove great. The process of actually buyi six hours. I knew which car I wanted, and within 3 minutes of arriving I was driving it. Super clean and drove great. The process of actually buying it took less than an hour. Anthony did all the registering stuff and the manager Matt had all the paperwork ready to sign. Modern got me great financing terms with a credit union, so I didn’t have to go to my bank and go through the loan xx before buying. The experience was fast, painless, and I love the new car. Who could ask for more? More
