We had to provide a low rating for Anthony because he made a mistake on our initial pape who was the our sales person and was fantastic in every way! We had to provide a low rating for Anthony because he made a mistake on our initial paperwork on the first AWD Sorrento we purchases the week prior. He called us and would not honor the original purchase agreement or deal. He said we had to return our initial vehicle and we ended up with a higher payment, on a vehicle that no longer had AWD due to his large mistake. He was professional and apologetic, but we feel he should have matched the original payment we had with our first car, due to his error. Although I love my new car, the whole process was very disheartening. More

Overall it was a good experience, Anthony was phenomenal and did not make me feel pressured to make an immediate purchase. My biggest complaint is with the managers as the mileage on the sheet of paper that and did not make me feel pressured to make an immediate purchase. My biggest complaint is with the managers as the mileage on the sheet of paper that had the vehicle specs was drastically different than what the odometer in the vehicle showed by over 3,200 miles!! I was told the manager used it a few times plus it was also the test drive vehicle. No attempt was made to find me another Sorento with the trim I wanted with less miles! In the end I still bought the Sorento EX for only $1,000 off. They should've been willing to take more off in situations like this...still love my Sorento. More
