Our Sales Specialist was Lucas. He was really nice and accommodating. The rest of the staff we interacted with were also nice. The 4 stars came because Im used to the dealership supplying bags to help gather belongings out of the trade in vehicle, to play in the new vehicle. This dealership did not have that service. More
