" Purchase new vehicle"
All associates very helpful and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure to go for a change but I really like the new Nissan Altima 2020. Happy with my new car.
"7th Lease with Consistent Great Service!"
We have either bought or leased several cars from Coral Coral Springs Nissan and each experience continues to trump the last one. They are respectful of our time and considerate of any budget constraints. Always aligning us with the vehicle that is not only best for us, but one that we love.
"Easy and simple"
Bijan and Anthony made the car buying process as painless as possible. This place really cares about you as a customer. Definitely a place I would recommend if you are buying a car or trading one in.
"Anton Fetkulov and Anthony Monserrate "
Anthony Monserrate referred me to Anton. What a great experience! I have not had a new car in 8 years. I have not had a car payment either. Anton asked me three questions and was able to cut to the core of my search in minutes. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. Not pushy and arrogant. The whole experience took less than 3 hours including test driving and financing. I got an upgraded Nissan Altima for under my allowance I set for my proposed payment. Thank you to Anthony and Anton for making an otherwise stressful experience a pleasurable one.
"Update: Nissan Armada 2015 Robber"
I recently wrote a review on Tuesday Aug 22, detailing a situation I had at this dealer (in short I took my car in for an AC fix and when my car came out it was missing an engine part).
YESTERDAY, at 9:07am, I received a call, from 9547531700, from service director Anthony Monserrate. He was calling to and I'll quote him here "confront you about what you wrote." He proceeded to call me a lair. I will not stand for such treatment, nor as a costumer or as a person.
Not only has he tried to take advantage of me and my car. But now he has proceeded to attack my freedom of speech. This is as well the second time that Anthony Monserrate has tried to condemn my integrity by calling me a lair.
"Nissan Armada 2015 robber"
I Left my Nissan Armada 2015 at the Coral springs dealer to have the AC fix and after 10 days when I picked up the car from the dealer the check engine light was on (it did not go in with this light on nor had it ever been on) but that day I was very busy and I decide to come back another day to fix it. I assumed it was just a computer thing because they had been trying to fix the AC for the last 10 days. A few days later I had the time to leave the car at the Pompano Nissan dealer.
I decide to change the dealer because the previous experience at the Coral Springs wasn't to good because they didn't fix the AC in my car
Oh surprise!, I received a call from the service adviser from Pompano Nissan , saying the reason the check engine light is on is because there is an engine part missing. Immediately I went to the dealer to pick up the car and drove back to the Coral Springs Nissan Dealer to have them to response for this situation.
I spoke with the service director Anthony Monserrat and he said there is nothing he can do about it. The piece that they change doesn't have nothing to do with the piece the car is missing.
Actually he said that I took the part of the car. Which I find to be completely disrespectful and an unacceptable judgement.
One of the reasons I bought a new cars is because I didn't want to deal with mechanics. I do not have any idea about cars which unfortunately forces me to use them.
Coral Spring Nissan is robbing me. I brought my car which had never had a check engine light on, and drove out with a greater issue. So my car did not have this issue before and I did not have anything to with it turning on,
Coral Spring Nissan took a part of my car when they were working to fix the AC on my Nissan Armada.
This dealer is providing the worse service in the work. I'm following a complaint with a Nissan USA this morning. We see what they are going to say about it.
