I bought my car there and paid 2750 for the extended warranty on the drivetrain take it into the service department for a oil leak or burning oil issue and they claim it isn't covered on the warranty an warranty on the drivetrain take it into the service department for a oil leak or burning oil issue and they claim it isn't covered on the warranty and will cost me 4700-12000 dollars out of pocket. I bought the car in May of 2025. It's been with them for a week now I have no car not a rental or anything from them. They also promised to fix small issues when I bought the car and neglected to do those things as well. They were supposed to contact me within 3 days and never did when I mentioned it they acted as though they had no idea what I was talking about. Horrible place to purchase a vehicle!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! More

I brought my vehicle in for a recurring issue that should be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Not only has the dealership failed to fix the problem after multiple visits, but now they’re trying to charge me for a repair that’s clearly still under warranty. At this point, I don’t know if it’s incompetence or outright dishonesty, but either way, it’s unacceptable. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you want the headache of chasing basic accountability. More
