First, I went to my nearest Toyota dealership who would not work with me on a deal. Then I reached out to Hall in VA Beach. I visited on a Sunday and worked with Ray and Anthony, who instantly were willing not work with me on a deal. Then I reached out to Hall in VA Beach. I recently had an altercation with a deer that resulted in some front-end damage. Since collision repair can take months to complete, I went to Hall Toyota in VA Beach to see if there was an opportunity to in some front-end damage. Since collision repair can take months to complete, I went to Hall Toyota in VA Beach to see if there was an opportunity to trade it in for another used Toyota. I worked with Alison Lummis who was a miracle worker. She had a used Rav4 on the lot in great condition, the same year as mine, with fewer miles - and the beautiful color of Merlot (which became its name). Alison was not only committed but genuinely happy for me and fun to work with. She worked closely with her manager, Anthony Parker to get me a very fair trade-in value, and the finance manager, Tegen Titus worked with the bank and DMV to make my involvement painless. Allison and her team were able to make the entire transaction seamless, and I was able to drive home with my new 'used' car the same day. Thank you, Allison, I really appreciate your commitment!
