Very pleasant and courteous process of purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I were looking for a low mileage 2018 Audi A4 for several months. We finally located the vehicle at Audi San Diego. The salesman, Anthony Picozzi, offered us exceptional professionalism, great product knowledge, and due courtesy one would expect when purchasing a car. He took time to explain the latest features and accommodated us on a sufficiently long test drive. After being satisfied with the car, we offered a reasonable price which was instantly accepted without any further negotiations. Anthony ensured that the purchasing transaction was completed as expeditiously as possible. Once all the paperwork was finished, Anthony ensured that the vehicle was properly prepared for delivery, and further assisted us with programming and customising numerous features of our new vehicle. There was never any financial pressure nor time constraint, which was very much appreciated. Working with Rosalina Caballero was equally pleasant. She too offered us the same level of courtesy and professionalism when explaining available packages and reviewing the relevant documents. Even though we opted not to purchase additional packages, Rosalina maintained good sense of humour and cheerful attitude throughout the entire process. I bought VWTiguan first on a cash deal but Dan offered financing initially at 5.84% which I thought was n Was a pleasure working with Anthony Picozzi. I bought VWTiguan first on a cash deal but Dan offered financing initially at 5.84% which I thought was not good enough so I pushed back and he dropped it to 4.84 which I accepted but I wasn’t really prepared for financing as I didn’t think I would get it. After taking the delivery of my VW I went home thinking if I can get finance then perhaps I should get a bigge car and my family would be happier with it so i changed mind and bought Q7 two days later. Anthony was super helpful in the process. VW had a missing passenger side mat though. Q7 is reasonably loaded with vision package and bigger wheels but I still think I paid too much although Anthony brought the price down fair bit but it wasn’t the best in market given that i put $20,000 down as well. Dan did reduce my rate to a 4.69% this time as I borrowed more money ($34,000). Again 4.69 is way higher than market so I’m not completely happy with that but Dan told me to “take it or leave it” which was a bit intimidating but I took it thinking I’d refinance later. On my Q7 I found that myaudiconnect account was incorrectly setup using another VIN so I had to spend almost an hour on the phone to resolve it. There was also a lot of unnecessary stuff/paperwork for some other vehicles sitting in the glove box which I thought should have been cleared before delivery although everything was hush hush that day. Overall I’m loving the car and lucky that the dealership is just few miles away. Again Anthony was very courteous and friendly. More
