The dealership was modern and nicely laid out, and the cars are really first class. But the distinguishing aspect of the experience was Anthony Picozi our sales person. Anthony was professional, low key no pressure, very knowledgeable (I'm an engineer and gear head and he knew his stuff) and extremely helpful in all aspects of sourcing and purchasing the car we wanted. He also was able to point out ways for us to save money on the purchase which was very appreciated. He made the experience enjoyable rather than a dental exercise. Would absolutely recommend him for anyone looking to understand what to purchase and finally carrying out the transaction. Rosalina Caballero in Finance was very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to deal with and made the actual transaction happen fast and without the usual pressure on add ons. She rounded out what was a good experience overall. More

Communication is key! I took my car in for a recall repair of the front driver, and front passenger airbags, based on letters I had received from Audi. I confirmed before I took my car in for a recall repair of the front driver, and front passenger airbags, based on letters I had received from Audi. I confirmed before my appointment that the airbags were in stock. The reason I confirmed by phone that the parts were in stock before my appointment, is because I had previously scheduled an airbag replacement appointment, scheduled the time out of my and my husband’s schedule, as I had him follow me to pick me up. When I got there, I learned that the airbag was not in stock, which was a waste of both our times. This time, as I arrived, I confirmed that both airbag parts were in stock, I chose to wait for the repair. A couple of recommendations were made, and I agreed to 2 of them. When the car was ready, I learned that only one airbag had been replaced, as the other was not in stock. Very disappointed. I was also disappointed that due to miscommunication, only 1 of the 2 recommended repairs were done during my last visit. As a result, I now have to wait until the second airbag is in stock and schedule the second recommended repair at that time. This is very discouraging and could all have been avoided. On the up-side, Manny did offer to Uber me home & back while the recommended repairs were done, since this was not part of the wait-time I had allotted for the airbag replacements. More
