Called ahead and spoke with Anthony, who was super knowledgable and very helpful in explaining differences, features, capabilities and general information. We took a test drive in the A5 first which I really enjoyed, but once we got in the S5 for the test drive I knew that was the one I wanted. After the ride we went in and looked at leasing options where Anthony and the team was very helpful in explaining options and payment terms. Anthony was very hospital as well as he offered drinks and snacks. Daniel came over and welcomed me to the Audi family and thanked me for my business as well. I told him how the experience was very pleasent and I'd recommend to others as well as explained how excited I was to get the beautiful ride. Within 2 hours I was signing final paperwork with Dan. He explained all options and protection programs to me very clearly and we signed up for some of them... and then off in my new car. Love it! Thanks for the great experience More

The guys were very knowledgeable and know how to sell Audi’s. I came in looking for a 2016 A3 and left with a 2017 A4 and don’t regret it at all. I was there for 7 hours from the time I walked in to the time I signed the contract to buy the car and they were considerate the entire time. 5/5 Now I didn’t give them 5 stars for 2 reasons. While I was test driving the car I was going to buy, the check engine light turned on. I thought the certified pre owned cars were all checked out but I guess not. They kept the car after I bought it and gave me a loaner for 5 days which was nice. Except the time it took to fix my car was extended. My patience was definitely tested. I received my car back, but when i got it back I noticed it still needed to be touched up, the car had dust all over it from the shop and it smelled like BO on the inside. 2.5/5 Overall they are a great dealership and want to make you happy but has a balance of that and wanting to just sell cars and turn over their inventory. 4/5 More
