I went to the dealership several times, often with my mom, who would be riding in the car with me with her wheel chair, and is 100 years young. Everyone at the dealership was so nice and considerate of her. whenever I went there, I was happily greeted and welcomed by everyone, being addressed by name in many cases. Anthony was SO patient with my many questions after doing my extensive research on the S5 and competitor's cars. He helped me in every way possible, right down to helping me get accessories so that my dogs wouldn't tear up the back seats, for example. Fadi was so nice, and pleasant to work with, very professional, and Dan helped me choose the right extras for my car once I got it. I love my S5, and I love the people at this dealership. They are like family now! More

I walked away feeling amazing with keys to my new car in hand and happy kids who got to eat snacks and watch tv during my negotiations. My decision to buy was a split second one when my Mercedes I previously owned became undrivable and with a day full of appointments work and kids, the last thing I planed on doing was buying a car.
