I was searching online and stumbled upon a listing for a fully kitted out 2018 Jee I was in the market for a new or CPO 2018/2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was searching online and stumbled upon a listing for a fully kitted out 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude for a great price. I was skeptical of the listing because in my experience with other dealerships its just a bait and switch tactic to get you in the shop. Then they give you the "real" price and the haggling begins. NOT THESE GUYS. They were honest and pretty straight forward. The price I saw on the site was the price they were willing to sell it for and i did my research beforehand. I worked with Tom Russo who was a great guy and very knowledgeable salesperson. Even the GM Anthony and finance guy Brian were all top notch. They even called the next day to see how i felt about my purchase and gave me advice on getting a refund for an extended warranty on a car I traded in. That netted me $1700 back I wasn't expecting. Would recommend this shop in a heartbeat! More

Best experience at a car dealership ever! I was having a really rough time with being upside down in my BMW lease and trying to get into a Wrangler, UNTIL I called Pellegrino. Jennifer assist I was having a really rough time with being upside down in my BMW lease and trying to get into a Wrangler, UNTIL I called Pellegrino. Jennifer assisted me on the phone and I later arrived that day. I fell in love with the Jeep she showed me but so many other Jeep dealerships had told me I couldn’t get anywhere within the ballpark I wanted to be so I didn’t get my hopes up. Jennifer and Anthony busted their butts for two straight days and not only did I get out of my lease but I was able to FINANCE this Jeep for better than I could’ve imagined! From the minute I walked through the door everyone was so professional and kind. It was an A+ rating from start to finish. It was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership ever in my life. I would recommend this dealer to everyone! More
