While walking around the lot I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable women named Jennifer Toce. She listened to our wants and needs. She answered every question that we had and never once made us feel stupid ( and we had a lot of questions). The team at Pellegrino made us feel like part of the family and it was one of the easiest experiences in buying a car. Beyond Amazing I can not express how impressed I was with the entire Pellegrino team. From John and Jennifer, my sales people to Anthony, Chuck, Brian and forgive me I can not express how impressed I was with the entire Pellegrino team. From John and Jennifer, my sales people to Anthony, Chuck, Brian and forgive me for forgetting his name but the insurance manager were all so easy to work with. They had my new Jeep ready to go and all of my paperwork done before I even got to the dealership to pick it up. All I had to do was sign my paperwork and add the new car to my insurance. They whole process was easy, streamlined and made me super happy. I can not thank you all enough!!!! You made car buying fun!!! More
