When I arrived I met Bobby Vesper at the door and the Durango was sitting there ready for a test drive. We took it out and when we returned Anthony Pinto had an offer waiting for me. I had sent my information to Jared Singer earlier, who was very quick in responding to my emails. After my trade was appraised and some negotiating we settled on a fair price. I could not be happier with the price I paid or the way they made my wife and I feel (they also really liked our puppy), but most of all I am ecstatic with the truck we bought. More

During my first visit to the I had an all around great experience at Pellegrino! Email responses from Jared were prompt with answers to my questions. During my first visit to the dealership I worked with Glenn. Despite it being the coldest day of the year, Glenn was happy to accommodate a test drive. He was very personable and I enjoyed his sense of humor. I also met Anthony during this visit. He was pleasant and presented information without any sales pressure. On my final visit to Pellegrino I worked with Jennifer. She was fantastic- fun to be around and made the process very enjoyable. The overall purchase process was easy, quick and well organized. I worked with several other friendly staff (Brian, Joe and others) and Jennifer introduced me to the various service departments available. Before leaving Jennifer also answered all of my questions and we reviewed the vehicle features. At no time was I pressured or rushed into making a purchase. If you approach the sales team as an informed customer they will work with you on a deal that is competitive and reasonable, all while treating you with respect. I had a great sales experience with everyone at Pellegrino and I look forward to returing in the future! More
