Our sales rep Geo was fantastic - zero pressure, very knowledgable about the product, and pretty transparent about pricing as you could hope for. My only issue was the failure to note that the price of a techniaclly-optional-but-basically-necessary) warrantee extension was withheld until I was in the middle of signing paperwork.
