Grand Subaru saves Thanksgiving! My wife and I where about 2 hours into a long trip home for thanksgiving when my car broke down. A quick google search showed Grand Subaru was the closet Subaru dealership to us so we called. Even though it was noon the day before thanksgiving they said they could absolutely take a look at our car! One thing lead to another and we ended up just trading in our old car and getting a newer Subaru on the spot! EVERYONE at the dealership from the service garage to the receptionist who answered our original call to Tom Hartigan who sold us our new Outback were super helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of our situation! It was amazing to see an entire dealership rally to get us the car we wanted, take care of our old car and get us back on the road to make thanksgiving with my family as quickly as possible. I wish this dealership was in my home town. I may even have to make a trip when I get reading for Subaru #3..... More
