On July 16,2016, I dropped my 2014 S They should rename the place "Grand Suckaru" Poor vehicle service. Poor customer service. Poor management. On July 16,2016, I dropped my 2014 Subaru Forester (34,400 miles) off for the 30K Mile service. This service is a major service and costs around $500.00. I also requested that my vehicle be cleaned, waxed, and vacuumed, for an additional$125.00. 3 hours after I dropped off my car, the dealership calls and tries to sell me on $1000.00 in additional "repairs". Some items of which should be included in the 36K mile warranty. The service department at Grand Subaru refused to repair the following items: 1. Child-safe door lock does not function-unlatch. (Driver's side) 2. Brake lights are not working properly 3. Windshield wipers are worn out 4. Vehicle alignment 5. Battery test/replacement (I recently received a notice because it is recalled!) After repeated discussions with the service Dept (Anthony) and the manager (Ryan Drone); They refused to honor the vehicle warranty. I paid $500.00 for the 30K mile service, and was the car was given back to me dirtier than when I dropped it off. It had grease marks on the hood and steering wheel, and the service department didn't even attempt to clean the vehicle. I received very poor service and feel offended that the dealership not only will not honor their warranties, but also gave me back a filthy vehicle. More

Sandy's the Best ! I was going to see Sandy on Saturday 6/11/16 at 9am, to get a discount coupon, to purchase a sun shade, for my 2016 Legacy. The night before, I was ou I was going to see Sandy on Saturday 6/11/16 at 9am, to get a discount coupon, to purchase a sun shade, for my 2016 Legacy. The night before, I was out, and all of a sudden, my wife and I, could smell the coolant. I made it home, keeping a close eye on the temperature gauge. Saturday morning, I took a chance, and drove to Grand Subaru (about 6 miles), once again keeping a close eye the temperature gauge. I saw Anthony in the service department, and he asked if I wanted to wait, or leave the vehicle ? I said I'd leave it, as long as I could get a loaner. He said there was nothing available, because every loaner, was already reserved. So, Anthony suggested that I wait, because maybe, it might be a quick fix. So, while I was waiting, I went to see Sandy. I was telling her about my situation, and she said, "don't worry, if you have to leave your car, we will get you a car" ! I waited about 2 hours, when they found, that the radiator, did have a small leak. So, as promised, they rented a car for me, from Enterprise. I've never had to deal with an issue, such as this, but I thank Sandy for coming thru for me !! I do, highly recommend, Sandy, and Grand Subaru, if anyone is thinking of buying a Subaru !!! More

People make all the difference. So I decided to buy a new vehicle last year and began looking in August. I contacted Grand Subaru and Sandy Cutone got right back to me. I test drov So I decided to buy a new vehicle last year and began looking in August. I contacted Grand Subaru and Sandy Cutone got right back to me. I test drove two WRX's, but they were too small. I looked at an Outback, but it was too big. Sandy suggested that I try a Forester XT and, wait for it....just right! But I test drove it again just to make sure. So that's four test drives and a couple of visits with questions. Through it all Sandy was very patient, very good with answering questions about the vehicles and very, very good at staying in touch without doing the whole high pressure sales thing! During this time I definitely shopped this thing around. At that time, no other dealers in the area came within $1800.00 of Sandy's price. I was actually contacted by an internet sales person at another dealership and was warned that "They will lure you into the showroom with one price and will change it once you get there!" So I ordered a black 2016 Forester XT from Sandy Cuttone at Grand Subaru around October, (and switched the order to a dark metallic grey one in November or December...over and above the call of duty there Sandy!) I came in to the dealership to sign some papers after Sandy found me the dark metallic grey XT and the price on it was $500.00 LESS than my original price due to newer Subaru incentives. Who does this!!?? I guess the guy at the other dealership was right after all, just not in the way he thought! Bottom line, great vehicle, great dealership and GREAT people. I would, and have, recommended Sandy Cuttone to all my friends and family. The best new car experience I've had. Thanks again Sandy! More

New forrester I have been a customer since the inception of Grand Subaru. I am on my 3rd Forester!!!!!,I feel that I was always listened to and HEARD. This purchase I have been a customer since the inception of Grand Subaru. I am on my 3rd Forester!!!!!,I feel that I was always listened to and HEARD. This purchase was handled easily by Chiis, I had Joe give up his office, internet issues in the temp. offices , and had a conversation with Mike all approachable and just NICE people. I bring my visit 1st to Grand because of my experiences in service with Joe and Occasionally Anthony, reasonable and again ,my perception is that they LISTEN to their customers. Thanks More

My Third Subaru from Grand Subaru!! Typically, I do not write reviews. That said, I just purchased my third Subaru in as many years from Grand Subaru. And as well, my brother and neighbor have each purchased their cars through Grand. For each of us the experience has been exceptional! I highly recommend Melissa Distel and Chris Czaja but would feel comfortable with any associate at Grand Subaru! More

Awesome Car Buying Experience! Great price, fast and efficient service. All the employees we had contact with were very friendly and accommodating to our time lines. Matt even gave us his cell number and said to call anytime with any questions (couldn't believe that!). The service dept. was able to add our side panel/mudflap package on the day we wanted and that service was efficient and timely. We drove away happy with our Forester and the dealership. Keep up the great work. We will definitely be back as well as refer friends and family. More

BEST SUBARU DEALERSHIP AROUND! Awesome is the best way to describe my experience at grand Subaru. Just bought my second car in a year and a half. Bought my first Subaru wrx from him last year and the other day I contacted him letting him know I wanted to upgrade to a 2015 wrx. We were able to get everything figured out via email and by phone. We settled on a time and all I basicslly had to do was sign the paper work and I was out the door and enjoying my new wrx. Honestly don't waste your time at other dealerships. These guys are the real deal. Remember ask for Joe. Can't forget to mention that I get my service done by them and I pass up 3 other Subaru dealerships to do so. Awesome all around! More

Customer Service I have purchased multiple vehicles from Sandy and always rely on her to handle all of my vehicle needs. As always she was more than helpful aidi I have purchased multiple vehicles from Sandy and always rely on her to handle all of my vehicle needs. As always she was more than helpful aiding me in getting service on my vehicle. She put me in contact with Amanda and Anthony, who promptly took care of all my maintenance needs.
