Very poor communications. Left my 2018 vw in with 6000 miles on it for warranty work. It took 3 weeks to get an appointment which I understand. Dropped off the car at 08:30. I called at 15:45 to find out they did not even look at the car and the answer we will look at it tomorrow. Service manager Troy did not give a dam so I went over and removed my car. Ironically the tech just happened to get the car so I told them to unplug it and I will go elsewhere. Terrible place no communications and don't care. Shame. More

Repurchase of a treasured car In September of 2005, I purchased my cherished red 993 cabriolet with 62K miles on the clock for $34000. I kept that car and traded it in at Flemingt In September of 2005, I purchased my cherished red 993 cabriolet with 62K miles on the clock for $34000. I kept that car and traded it in at Flemington Porsche to John Rachmiel in Sept 2015 with 65K miles and got $42,000 toward the purchase of a lovely yellow 991 cab. My dad, who passed in January 2016, lamented when I traded the 993 and I soon regretted the decision too. Fast forward to Sept 2018. My mom passed on 9/2 and I took some time off to heal the loss of a second parent. For some reason, I did something that I NEVER do.....I checked Flemington’s used car webpage. Low and behold, my treasured 993 had JUST been traded back into the dealer a couple of days earlier. I immediately contacted my trusted sales advisor, John Rachmiel, explained the situation and the sentimental nature of getting this car back. He immediately worked with Scott Herbert and we were able to work out a very favorable deal to get the car back to me about one week later, once it had cleared the shop. The car now has 67, 500 on it.....just 5,000 more than when I bought it in 2005 and the prior caretaker had just invested $6,000 in maintenance and $2,000 in a clear bra on the car. I got the car back for just under $50,000. I made out well thanks to John and Scott who were more interested in getting the car back to me than making a quick buck......something for which I will be forever appreciative. And to close the loop, I was able to quickly put them in touch with a buyer for the lovely E550 benz I traded and as a reward for that, a gratis oil change and brake fluid flush in the Spring for the 993. So happy. More

Porsche Diesel to Macan I have had a great experience with Rich, very much unlike my previous car buying experiences over many years. First I had maintenance issues with my Diesel Cayenne and was in maintenance for over 6 weeks due to parts. I engaged Rich and North America Porsche to get a resolution. Rich worked with through the whole process to work on a trade into a Macan. Although the Porsche NA experience started out badly, Bruce my case worker was excellent and provided compensation toward my new Macan. Rich is professional, very sincere, and informative through the whole buying process. In additional very personable making the buying experience an enjoyable one versus painful. Mike More
