Great We found DMV gave us some wrong information when we moved here and it branded the Title of the truck we were trading in. The did not pressure us at all to by a new call and the worked to get the payments in are price range. I would highly recommend them to who ever wants to buy a car. They were first to call after I sent out the request for info, and I was greeted me outside the dealership for my test drive, saving the car up front for a quick grab and go. Anthony was very knowledgeable, and everyone was very helpful. They were also pretty patient with me when I was making up my mind, and they didn't badger me as much as other dealerships have with reminders or questions on decisions. There was a bit of back and forth involved, but they also processed me quickly after we reached a number--even though it was getting late and passed close. They also offered a lot of fairly valuable after-market insurance that seemed like they'd be very useful for a lot of other people, but they weren't for me. More

My experience at Ted Britt Chevrolet was great. I did a price comparison between 3 dealers in MD and 2 dealers in VA and Ted Britt provided the best price on my 2014 Impala 2LZ. I conversed with all dealer price comparison between 3 dealers in MD and 2 dealers in VA and Ted Britt provided the best price on my 2014 Impala 2LZ. I conversed with all dealers initially via email and they were all very responsive. What attracted me to Ted Britt in the end was Natt Fiumara. He provided all the information I need to want to visit Ted Britt and he had a wonderful since of humor. On my initial visit Anthony took me for a test drive and explained all of the features the car provided. He was extremely polite and very informative. After discussing the vehicle with my wife we arranged to purchase the car on a Saturday. The car had been detailed and Anthony walked my wife through all the features of the car. Anthony introduced us to the Service department and Donald the finance guy. Donald explained all the paper work to us and we drove off and celebrated our purchase over a delicious lunch. The one big advantage with this purchase is Ted Britt's 4 Life coverage. It provides a lifetime power-train coverage for the vehicle as long as you own it and a complementary car loaner when your car is being serviced. Just amazing!!! More
