I am writing this review because of the exceptional experience I had at Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling, VA. Most notable was the help I received from Anthony Saunders. I originally purchased my 2014 experience I had at Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling, VA. Most notable was the help I received from Anthony Saunders. I originally purchased my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado from Anthony a few weeks ago. Now keep in mind I only bought the work truck version so we're not necessarily talking about a big ticket vehicle purchase. I wanted to upgrade the wheels to give it a little extra curb appeal and replace the stock steel wheels. I emailed Anthony a picture of the wheels I wanted from the Chevy website and he took it from there! That same day I had a price on the wheels along with the shipping and availability information. I ordered the wheels and he even took care of scheduling the appointment for me. When was the last time you called your salesperson after you bought I vehicle from him/her and didn't get the "who is this again?" from the other end of the phone. This dealership seems to be going out of their way to ensure a great customer experience and they certainly have my support. If you happen to be in the market for a new Chevy car or truck I wouldn't hesitate to stop by Ted Britt Chevrolet and make sure you ask for Anthony - incredibly helpful, very personable and low pressure. The last point I'd like to make about Anthony and this dealership in particular is never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. We have purchased a number of vehicles from this dealership over the years and continue to use it for servicing. Since it recently became a Ted Britt dealership, we have noticed an upgraded appeara dealership over the years and continue to use it for servicing. Since it recently became a Ted Britt dealership, we have noticed an upgraded appearance to the facility, but the same friendliness and helpfulness as in the past. The appraisal for our previous car (2008 Malibu) seemed fair, and there was no pressure for us to buy. Both Anthony and Omar were totally professional in their dealings with us in selecting our new vehicle (2014 Cruze). Lara and Carey were both thorough in explaining the various protection plans and service options available to us and efficient in walking us through the paperwork.
