The week before my wife test drove it the day before my test drive appt. She walked in without an appt and was well taken care of by JP, who did not pressure her for a quick sale, like some car salesmen often do. She came home happy telling me about how she loved the car and how friendly and genuine JP treated her. The next day I met with JP, test drove the car, and bought it immediately. He went over EVERYTHING thoroughly and even had me meet the asst service manager (justin) to take care of some questions and concerns I had about the vehicle. Justin was very warm and immediately took care of my concerns with an immediate solution to my requests. The team that handled my purchase was amazing, and I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used VW. JP was key in making this my best car buying experience ever! They had 2 cars I wanted to look at specifically. Ray did a great job educating me on the engineering, strength, and features of Volkswagen and of the Toureg model while test driving and over my visit. My plan was to look at the new Lexus 350 that day as well. He sold me on everything VW had to offer and the strengths over Lexus in a very relaxed and non confrontational or "salesy" manner. Ray was genuine and straight forward. You don't need to haggle over the pricing either as they list excellent pricing over other VW dealerships. The close was also effortless and smooth. Definitely worth the trip downtown. Love this car! More
