They were both great to deal with so I stopped in for a test drive. As we went, JP explained the dual clutch, dynamic chassis control, etc. Back in the office, there was no high pressure sales pitch, just a friendly conversation with JP and Sales Manager Dan about my target price. I left without the car, intent to look at other options, but a few days later GM Anthony followed up thanking me for visiting and asking if there was anything he could do. A bit of email negotiating followed and we agreed on a deal I think is fair. The entire process left me feeling great about the dealership and everyone I dealt with, so hopefully service goes just as well! I picked up the car about an hour before close and Malcolm facilitated the handover and explained the basics & tech features. He also followed up the next day with answers to additional questions I had. Truly a first class experience and so different from other local dealers I've dealt with over the years. I highly recommend JP and the team at City VW. More
