2019 Hyundai Sonata The problem my wife and I have with our experience is three-fold. First, the time it took from when we agreed to purchase the vehicle until we met wi The problem my wife and I have with our experience is three-fold. First, the time it took from when we agreed to purchase the vehicle until we met with the business manager to sign the paperwork was nearly 90 minutes ... with no explanation. The salesman came back to his desk once about 45 minutes in with paperwork in his hand. He offered my wife a coffee. She accepted. They left. A minute later, my wife came back to the salesman's desk, but he didn't for another 45 minutes. Second, when we made our decision, we were told it was to $289 a month. We repeated it back twice. The salesman confirmed $289. When we met with the business manager, he said $289. Then, when it came time to sign the paperwork , it was $289.99. That's a $35 difference over the course of the lease. Money aside, it's the deception that irked us. We both said something to the business manager, but he said it was $289.99 and moved on to the next form without acknowledgement or apology. Finally, when it came to the mileage limitation, the business manager said it was 10,000 miles a year. We said the salesman repeatedly said it was 12,000, that 12,000 was the lowest Dickson City Hyundai offered. The business manager said it was 10,000 and quickly moved on to the next form. At 20 cents per mile (Hyundai's figure), that's another $400. Again, though, the deception and lack of acknowledgement made it so we won't be returning to that dealership for any future business. In hindsight, we should have walked away three times: 1. When we were left there to wait and wait and wait; 2. After the misrepresentation regarding the monthly payments; 3. After the misrepresentation regarding the mileage limit. Shame on us. But shame on Dickson City Hyundai for conducting business that way. It cost them future business with this family. P.S.: It was more than a decade earlier when we previously bought a car from Dickson City Hyundai. It was a smooth, honest process then. It is why in February, we made the 90-mile trip (one way) from our house. More

Sales staff were helpful as was Finance mgr. The dealership was helpful and accommodating, most especially as relates to financing. Car was not serviced and it was necessary to come back for same. Had to return 3 times as the correct amount of oil was not put into the engine. On the 3rd return to correct this issue, a tech with a background in BMWs diagnosed the problem which was that the previous tech had underfilled the engine with oil and that, in fact the engine was 2 quarts low. More

enter to buy a new car worst day of buying a car first just getting a price on the car was a hassle after one hour we agree on a price then was told to come back in 1 ho worst day of buying a car first just getting a price on the car was a hassle after one hour we agree on a price then was told to come back in 1 hour all the paper work would be finished so we could finish the signing they made me sit there from 720pm to 845 and still no paper work from 730 till the time I left they only process 1 person in front of me I signed an agreement at 6pm walk out at 845 with most of the light out in the building finance guy giving me a hard time spent from 5pm to 845pm and got no car what a waste of time worst service in my 40 years of buying cars and I buy a new one every 2 to 3 years would not send there own mothers there to buy they will treat them like crap to thanks for nothing I hope Hyundai company is proud of there service More

Even with an almost entirely negative attitude on my end, Michael and Anthony tried everything they could to make sure I had a reliable vehicle with payments I can afford, and even helped me with insurance purposes when I thought I had hit a road block. They worked with me through my pessimism and I ended up with a vehicle i thoroughly enjoy. Definitely recommend to anyone experiencing credit issues, or just anyone who needs that reliable vehicle for their travels. More
