Service rep unable to access car care plan I Had to pay $96.12 and then file claim with hyundai. Agent stated service rep only needed to enter proper engine to access dealer claim. Very disappointing. Serv $96.12 and then file claim with hyundai. Agent stated service rep only needed to enter proper engine to access dealer claim. Very disappointing. Service rep indicated this was a common problem. Company rep says that is b.s. Charge included a fee for using credit card and also applied a service fee - whatever that is. More

Very happy with ur service! ! Thought I needed brakes?? But the gentleman who took my intake advised me later I did not.....wow he could of told I did cost me another 7 8 hundred ! Having purchased my new Kona in N. Y I wasn't sure .they would take me on as a customer. They did, they were very helpful with some questions I had concerning my car, they performed my Y I wasn't sure .they would take me on as a customer. They did, they were very helpful with some questions I had concerning my car, they performed my first oil change and all that was promised me when i got my new car They were very professional and my wait time was reasonable. I especially liked the fact that the didnt treat me different because I'm a "snow bird". If I have any service issues or car trouble in the future, I will certainly choose them Thank you More
