I am so sorry for the wait, we are a big shop with 11 technicians that work on there experienced fields, some do heavy engine repair, some just oil, lube and, filter, some are specialize in electrical, and now the EV cars. Possible that you seen one of them and not the one working on your car. I can't say for sure, but I will look into it for sure!! I apologize again.
