I was introduced to everyone from the sales managers to the service department. I have been dealing with Danbury Hyundai since 2010. I spoke with Luis (sales associate) prior coming for the first visit to Danbury Hyundai about a car I was interested in. I came in and he welcomed my wife and connected well. This is the first car purchase first visit to Danbury Hyundai about a car I was interested in. I came in and he welcomed my wife and connected well. This is the first car purchase my wife is making and she was interested in a CPO vehicle. Luis showed us many options that were available besides the car she wanted just to advise us. We test drive a new one and one that was similar to what we wanted. Unfortunately, the exact one we wanted, wasn’t available, but another one that was the same make/model/trim and with roughly the same amount of miles was available. Turns out we went with that one and we decided on a fair price. I spoke with the sales manager and he dropped the price a bit because this wasn’t the actual vehicle I wanted and it had a little bit more miles. The entire process was smooth and all of the staff was friendly. We came on a Saturday and turns out this day they have pizza for the staff and customers. We were able to eat and drink for free! Luis was extremely helpful throughout the process and I’d highly recommend coming to Danbury Hyundai to do business. More
