He took great care and making sure every area of that we may not have asked about was pointed out as well including the brakes paint job and Carfax history. After searching through a series of sites and reviews online on the cars I really wanted and visiting various car lots with aggressive salesmen I became very skeptical. However, after meeting Anthony Zegarelli my mindset really changed. He was extremely genuine and caring. From the start he was very friendly and not the fake kind of friendly . Amazing Experience, Worth the 5 1/2 drive!! I could not be happier with my experience purchasing a vehicle through Anthony Zegarelli at Dallas Lease Returns. I live 5.5 hours away so I was hesi I could not be happier with my experience purchasing a vehicle through Anthony Zegarelli at Dallas Lease Returns. I live 5.5 hours away so I was hesitant to purchase a vehicle that far away. Anthony put my mind at ease describing the process they go through at this dealership which is so much better than I have ever had.. No Haggling, deal with one person through the entire process. No waiting for the "finance guy to make you a deal". I chose the SUV I wanted on line and Anthony actually put my daughters and me on FaceTime so go through the vehicle and point out every tiny flaw explaining all the features of the vehicle. We were able to do all of the paperwork before I got to the dealership, This included my trade, except final signatures. Anthony reminded me that I could walk away at any time. Once at the dealership Anthony had noticed a couple of cosmetic flaws in the vehicle which he immediately wanted me to see and even sent the truck to get the tires checked out. He credited me for the flaws so I could get them fixed at my leisure. He went though all the buttons in the SUV and even set up the speaker system for me.
