Essentially, this was a two day process that should have been simply hours if it wasn't for my own particulars and stubbornness. The quality and depth of vehicles, their condition and presentation, the cleanliness and organization of facilities and showroom, and the professionalism, attitude and friendliness of the entire staff is unmatched based on my experience. The team was honest, candid, supportive and made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. I would refer my son, daughter or Mom, and that says a great deal. I feel confident in my purchase and the longevity of how it will serve my purposes. Finally, the service goes beyond pre-owned vehicles. I would feel comfortable contacting Dallas Lease Returns and Pete for advice on a new car purchases, sourcing specific makes/models they may not have in inventory and/or general, related advice for that matter - with no return for them!
