It was also refreshing dealing with Antoine and others through the buying process. I had been to other used car dealerships and did not feel they cared or wanted my business. Great Dealer that Stands Behind their Vehicles Hyman Brothers exceeded our expectations. Our salesman, Antoine, was great and helpful, not too pushy. I did feel that they should have come down in price a little bit to make the customer feel like they 'won', but it was a decent price nonetheless. The purchase process took a little longer than I'd like, but my expectation was 15 minutes (I had a check in hand). Where Hyman Brothers truly shined was their service. Shortly after purchasing our vehicle, we found that it need about $7,500 in repairs. I frantically called Antoine, who directed me to the service manager, Ralph as the vehicle was still covered under Hyman Brother's 3-month warranty. Ralph was EXCELLENT! There were almost no questions asked. It was such a seamless process. He knew the service guys at our local Porsche dealer and interacted with them on our behalf. After one day, Ralph had the necessary approvals for the repairs and we brought our truck to the dealer. The work was done, and the bill was paid by Hyman. All we had to do was drop the vehicle off and pick it up when it was ready. I cannot stress how relieved we were with how easy it was to deal with Hyman Brother's. I doubt anybody would stand behind their product the way these guys did. We will definitely look here first for any used-car purchases in the future. Thank you! More

The one I purchased is in excellent condition for being three years old ....it looks brand-new and has low miles. My husband will also be in the market very soon for a new (used) car and we will definitely be coming back. The guys I worked with were great as well..... very helpful with no pressure. Jimmy and Antoine are highly recommended. :) You will definitely pay a little more because there is no haggling but to me it is worth it in the end. More
