We went to this dealership and bought 2 vehicles in a two weeks time. First car we bought was with Michael. We were in the lot for 2o minutes and no one approach us. So we went inside and Michael helped us t weeks time. First car we bought was with Michael. We were in the lot for 2o minutes and no one approach us. He was really helpful back and forth of any info/updates that we needed. We went to the lot to check in the said vehicles he sent us through texts. He was off that day. Long story short, Antoinne was assigned to help us throughout the process. Which he equally and patiently guide us like Michael. We end up buying another one which my husband love so much!!! I gave 5 stars to these 2 gentlemen that make our buying experience top notch!!! More

I would love to give a five star rating however my experience wasn’t as pleasant as I would have expected. My sales associate Antione was great and did his best to accommodate me during the sales proc experience wasn’t as pleasant as I would have expected. My sales associate Antione was great and did his best to accommodate me during the sales process. The entire process took about 3 hours, which I wasn’t thrilled about. In addition to the long wait, I was extremely upset about the financing process. I asked before we started the application if the dealership could beat or match a current 4% rating, I received from Navy Federal Credit Union. Mickey the sales manager informed me he could get me mid 4%. I have Excellent credit and my score is 822. Imagine my surprise when they asked me to sign a contract at 6%! The finance associate, Whitney walked out the room once I informed her that I wasn’t signing a contract with that rate. Mickey returned with a piece of paper showing me the current rate with NFCU, which was still lower than what they offered me. I didn’t feel valued and I didn’t feel heard. More
