No resolution or even a response so far pending my receipt of Riedel, Vinny Ruggieri and Antoinette Gordon-Hessing, all part of the management team. No resolution or even a response so far pending my receipt of a refund. Problem is how they charge for vehicle service. My loaner was an EV! The EQB350 that I drove for 2 days was impressive, and interesting. Lifting off the throttle and you experience regenerative braking, the SUV was recharging the battery and slowing the vehicle! The vehicle was quiet, quick and the ride was smooth and responsive, with excellent handling. The EQB350 was everything I’ve come to expect from Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre. More
