Petko is a very good salesman. The finance manager was horrible. He didn’t introduce himself to me and my husband. I dropped my vehicle off because the lock wasn't working to find out it was never installed by the manufacturer. Nick was very nice. When I went to pick it up he set it up for me. He originally said you can to find out it was never installed by the manufacturer. Nick was very nice. When I went to pick it up he set it up for me. He originally said you can set it up through your radio. I must have given him a very confused look. He said come on, I'll show you. He did it for me. Thank goodness. That is how it should be. Service dept is awesome! I am having a hard time trusting the sales dept at time point. The more I go back over my sales and how I was rushed thru everything I truly believe some underhanded things were going on with the money. I am the one who ended up paying in the end. Never again. My daughter is looking and loves the vehicle I got but she also stated she can't trust them. Them did some underhanded work. More
