We had an outstanding experience with Brian at Land Rover South Orlando today. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly polite, attentive, and detail oriented. He showed us every vehicle we were interested in and even additional options we had not considered, taking the time to thoroughly explain features and answer all of our questions clearly and patiently. We were only beginning to shop for a new car and did not expect to make a purchase today. However, Brian’s professionalism, knowledge, and exceptional customer service gave us complete confidence in our decision. Thanks to his guidance, we drove home in a brand new Land Rover Defender the very same day. Thank you, Brian, for your patience and dedication.
