Greeted at the door by Omar without an appointment. Minutes later we are sitting with the big teddy bear Antonio we show him the car we are researching. A 2020 Acura RDX. Tony was great. Hooking us up with a test drive and answering all our questions. After a bit, we meet Jerry to negotiate price. A painless process and friendly banter back and forth before we settle on a fair price. The next step, the money man Omar for the final details. What a friendly and knowledgeable professional. For many, car buying is a nightmare, but not there at McGrath Audi in Morton Grove. It’s always a long experience, but the coffee is great, chairs are comfortable and the service is great. Take a look at their super nice service center as well. Top notch!!! Antonio my sales representative was very polite and accommodating. Was always keeps by me informed of the process and made sure I was feeling comfortable while waiting.
