I had maintenance done on my Pilot, took it in as a walk in and advisor, Antonio Cancilla, greeted me and helped with the process. After that, I did have an issue with it with missing wheel nut and small pl in and advisor, Antonio Cancilla, greeted me and helped with the process. After that, I did have an issue with it with missing wheel nut and small plastic cover on trim. Went back and Antonio really made it right and took care of the problem. He was very professional and did went above and beyond to ensure a quick resolution. More
