Scheduled appt for oil change and tire rotation. Dealership tried to update additional Services which I did not request, than said my car would be 2.5 hours for an oil change even with an appt. I left dealership and they called after 1.5 hours to let me know car was ready (sensing my dissatisfaction with the overall service experience). Antonio made it a bit better by offering a discount but the whole upselling and telling a customer it's a 2.5 hour wait even though I had an appointment is very poor and off settling. I do.
