Stressful transaction I'll start that my salesman, Tony was friendly. I don't like how credit is run immediately before showing you vehicles and prices are not disclosed I'll start that my salesman, Tony was friendly. I don't like how credit is run immediately before showing you vehicles and prices are not disclosed to the customer until you ask whenl negotiating a deal. I felt very pressured to make a deal that day, but I do feel I received a vehicle at Kelly Blue Book Value and satisfied with the vehicle I ended up purchasing even though I was told vehicle would be detailed prior to delivery but yet it was delivered with less than a 1/4 tank of gas, wipers are less than perfect on a 2018 with only 16k miles that I'll need to replace and sticker adhesive inside vehicle and on windows was not removed. More

Easy and fast service! What a day I had, till I showed up at Fuccillos in Amsterdam. They were happy to jump right in a help me get a reliable car within a couple of hours. Barebones customer service/errors made We have purchased five cars at three different dealerships in the past 9 years, and the overall experience here was disappointing. No privacy, no snac We have purchased five cars at three different dealerships in the past 9 years, and the overall experience here was disappointing. No privacy, no snacks or drinks (except coffee and water in the service area), errors made in processing our paperwork (address wrong on registration!), no one to go over the car and set things up with us before leaving, a "missing" $400 key, and a salesman who didn't know the vehicle well at all. Hard to believe he's been selling Chrysler minivans for 20 years as he claimed. The best part of our experience, the man who took care of the errors, was our finance man, Jim Cobb; he is the only part of the dealership I would recommend. Would not recommend our salesman or this dealership to anyone looking to buy. More

The Worst Experience of my life. I sold a bus with many problems mechanical then manager declined to solve my problem with them. Today I have a bus which I don't want and I am required to have it.
