When my 2017 Corolla was ready, she was extremely helpful in setting up Bluetooth and explained how to set up radio, etc. Great customer service! We loved her. We also worked with Antonio Cruz and I just wanted to take the time to say he was extremely helpful in helping us to get our car. Exemplary customer service. We love Toyota cars and this is our second Corolla purchase. Also Lee was the first person we met who showed us cars and explained features. Great experience buying our New Car! We went shopping for a new car on Friday night at Toyota or Orlando. We were met by Colten and he was so nice and helpful to us. He wanted to make s We went shopping for a new car on Friday night at Toyota or Orlando. We were met by Colten and he was so nice and helpful to us. He wanted to make sure we got the exact car we wanted. He explained all the features and then took us for a test drive. He then made sure we spoke to Antonio Cruz. Tony was so helpful and nice as well! He started all the paper work and made sure we were getting all of the things we needed at a good price. He also wanted us to call him if we ever needed anything. Very nice guy! We then were helped by Carolos Polanco who finished all the paperwork with regards to Tax, tag and title, etc...Carlos even put our all weather mats in our car as well a removed all stickers on the window and cleaned the windows too. Colten, Antonio (Tony) and Carlos were great representatives for the dealership. I would recommend anyone to them. More

Although Shadey Derivois at Accounting was "very nice" The reason I'm giving the 4 star rating instead of a five, is like I told Ms. Derivois I wasn't "thrilled" with the Corolla LE. I truly wanted a 2017 The reason I'm giving the 4 star rating instead of a five, is like I told Ms. Derivois I wasn't "thrilled" with the Corolla LE. I truly wanted a 2017 Camry, however the Sale Rep. Antonio Cruz relayed to me that my Credit Score was "below par" and I would be paying a "higher" monthly payment. So I should lease a more economical vehicle so my "monthly payments" would be lower. I didn't agree, and told him so, however, he persisted and insisted. I agreed and gave in to his insistence and because he included the 1st month. I'm "not" happy with the vehicle, after 36 mos. with a Camry I got use to it and I don't feel "secure or safe" in a Corolla "no matter" how many security or safety features it has. I spoke afterwards with your Sales Rep. Antonio Cruz and asked him to see what he can do in "changing" the car. He said he would get back to me and he did after an hour and 30 mins. Unfortunately, he said he spoke with his Superiors and they "wouldn't" help, they said I would have to "wait" around 18 mos. to "try" and make a change, but "no guarantee". Well, I told him that was "unacceptable" and I was going to "get out" of the lease, and "find" someone to "take it over" via some other company. More

Traded in two vehicles. Deal was confusing and complicated Had two vehicles for trade in there disabled. Explain situation to the sales person and manager. I wasn't sure if it was too soon to talk about trading in both vehicle because one was in the shop and one was in my yard waiting on Insurance appraisals . We made a deal for a 2017 4 runner adding a int tonneau cover .(3 weeks to receive it) while waiting on the insurance company to quote my 2005 Toyota forerunner. I received numerous calls regarding the status between the insurance company and myself. I relayed every message to Antonio and his manager. It seems like they were quite impatient on waiting .even after I told him that the insurance company was going to total loss my 2005 4 runner. They didn't want to wait for the insurance company to send me the payout check which was done quite quickly to me . So I drove back to Toyota Of Orlando On a Sunday to make the final payment so I could be rid of them harassing me even though I had not received the insurance check and charge it to my credit card . While making the payment I question my balance that they said I had to pay twice with Antonio and three times with a female service manager that was take the payment . All five times they told me I owed $1200 so I paid it with my credit card . With great relief that it was over the telephone calls . A few days later I get a phone call from Antonio regarding the cover that was supposed to been shipped to my home two week prior that I never received at that time that there was a mistake supposedly made that I owed more money .. I had already looked into purchasing a cover from Toyota Of Orlando for $175 . Luckly I didn't because it came in the same week to my residence . The Kia forte that was used in a tree was sitting in Bill Bryan's body shop for repair. Antonio and the service manager was aware of its location . Antonio's service manager stated he would give me a tow Boucher for $150 to have the vehicle towed to Toyota Of Orlando he didn't do that. Eventually he call to get this location once again I gave them the phone number and the address and they sent a tow truck . More
