Our sales associate Lex Woods-Woodard was amazing! He answered all questions we had and we were able to negotiate a fair deal on the vehicle we purchased in a timely manner. Mr. Perez in the finance He answered all questions we had and we were able to negotiate a fair deal on the vehicle we purchased in a timely manner. Mr. Perez in the finance office was a different story. He proposed an inflated finance interest rate, and I countered that I had funding approved through a credit union at a far lower rate. He rolled his eyes and said “What is it?” He then proceeded to rifle through the paperwork, visibly agitated. When that process was done, he handed us our paperwork and told us to go sit in the lobby until funding was confirmed. No “Thank you for your business.” No nothing. He seemed very aggravated that he couldn’t take advantage of a customer for the dealership’s benefit. Again, LEX was awesome! The lack of professionalism in the finance office was the only downside to the transaction. More
