The local Audi dealership was our first stop as we had bought my younger brother's first vehicle from an O'Daniels dealership in the past, and this time around a family friend referred us to Anwar at Audi. And thus our most delightful car buying experience ever ensued. The team at Audi was absolutely superb throughout the entire process, and Anwar truly went above and beyond to ensure that the ethos of 100% satisfaction guaranteed was reflected in the experience. Simply put, we were difficult customers. And yet Anwar, Dale, Melissa, and every single individual we ran across at Audi made sure that their priority was being people-oriented and helping us find the vehicle that best suited our needs. Can't think of a better car buying experience than what these guys proved was possible. Mom's happy with her Q5, and I am eternally grateful to their professionalism, patience, care and people-before-sales touch to the entire experience. More

We worked through the specific options we wa After an extensive review of SUV's for Deb, we decided the new Q3 was the vehicle my wife preferred most. We worked through the specific options we wanted and created a letter that I shared across many Audi dealers in the region. As we had very specific desires, and Q3's are a bit scarce (especially 2020's), it was not an easy task to find a match. Anwar and the team at O'Daniel were one of only a couple dealers that responded with reasonable cars matching our request. He / they found not only 1 but in the tight supply chain found a second even closer to our wishes when the first one was sold before we could lock it in. They all went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure we got the right car. There was great timely feedback and updates throughout the process. I truly felt there was a desire to meet our needs rather than just make a sale of something close. Purchasing a new car can be quite daunting. Anwar made it a pleasurable experiencing well worth the 3 hour drive up to O'Daniel. In a world of waning customer service I could not find a better example of how someone should be treated.
