I came in to service Honda Odyssey for A13 service which is oil change, tire rotation and trans fluid exchange. I was at the facility for hour and half only to realize that the oil change wasn't done and th is oil change, tire rotation and trans fluid exchange. I went for a recall repair after making an appointment. The appointment maker made it sound like it was easy and wouldn't take long. Aquila said it would take just over 2 hours, which I told him was long. The appointment maker made it sound like it was easy and wouldn't take long. Aquila said it would take just over 2 hours, which I told him was long. But it was longer, more than 2 and 1/2 hours! What a waste of time. More
