Friendly, punctual, did exactly what I requested and did not push for additional services. Was told it would take approximately 2 and half hours and in fact it only took about an hour and a half. I brought my 2014 Honda Odyssey in because the vehicle was pulling left. An alignment was performed, but later I was told the rear suspension/shocks were the actual issue affecting the vehicle when loaded was pulling left. An alignment was performed, but later I was told the rear suspension/shocks were the actual issue affecting the vehicle when loaded. I’m disappointed this suspension concern was not identified earlier before recommending additional services. I was also surprised to see alignment recommended again after it had already been performed, along with a very expensive quote for front wiper blades that can normally be replaced easily at a much lower cost. The staff was polite, but the overall experience felt more focused on upselling than clearly diagnosing the root cause from the beginning. I hope the dealership improves communication and avoids duplicate or unnecessary recommendations in the future. More
