The initial alignment was performed as preventative maintenance to ensure the best tire wear on your vehicle. However, the excessive weight in the vehicle during your travel caused the rear suspension to sit lower than normal, which impacted the vehicle's handling. Additionally, it is quite common for a 2014 Odyssey with your mileage to require rear strut replacements due to standard wear and tear. We understand your concerns regarding the additional service quotes and would like to discuss this further with you to ensure your vehicle is performing safely. Your response does not address the core of the attitude of your customers. I would think that you would prefer your customers to come and use your service department for multiple services and in return you would reward them with the opportunity to use all available coupons. It just drives your customers to go somewhere else where the services are offered at a more reasonable price. You are not rewarding your repeat customers and/or those customers who purchased their vehicles through your dealership. We will have to respectively disagree on your practices.

The only reason that you honored the $75 coupon was because it was added to my account in error – you told me that yourself. Your prices are not cheaper, the average oil change in the area is $50 and the tires at Costco and BJ’s are less expensive as well. Mavis charges $90 for an alignment. All of those prices are less expensive than your fees, even after applying the minimal value of the coupons. The amounts of the coupons were minimal to the ill will it created. What is done is done, I am sharing with you the perception from a loyal customer because you sent me a survey to complete asking for my feelings on the experience, which I assume meant you wanted my opinion. I will move forward with that perception.
