After reviewing your visit, we found there was some confusion regarding the Costco Auto Program discount and the coupons that were requested after services had already been completed. Our policy asks that any applicable coupons be presented prior to service so that pricing can be reviewed and applied correctly. Additionally, the coupon requested was not eligible for the service package that was purchased. That said, we understand this was frustrating, and as a gesture of goodwill, our team did apply a discount to help accommodate your concerns, even though the full discount requested was not available under the program guidelines. We also take your comments regarding your interaction with our team seriously and apologize if any portion of the experience came across as anything less than respectful and professional. That is never our intention. We appreciate your business and would be happy to assist you in reviewing any Costco Auto Program benefits with Costco representatives if needed to help clarify the program details.
