Throughout the years, I have experienced many levels of service at this dealership in the past.........I WAS NOT HAPPY!!!! But I must sincerely say that the recent experience I had with Phillip Allen and Ara Miranda has completely restored my confidence in the dealership. Mr. Phillip Allen took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, frustrations, and the issues involving my vehicle. He showed genuine care, professionalism, and initiative by personally scheduling and overseeing repairs on problems that were not easily resolved. His attention to detail and willingness to help made a tremendous difference to me as a customer. BECAUSE OF HIM, AND ARA IM RETURNING AS A CUSTOMER!!! Ms. Ara Miranda also contributed greatly to this outstanding experience.
