I currently have two Hyundais (a Santa Fe and a Sonata)… and have owned five others (from a Genesis Coupe to an Elantra), all good cars, and ALWAYS maintained them at Hyundai Service Dealerships, and I can and have owned five others (from a Genesis Coupe to an Elantra), all good cars, and ALWAYS maintained them at Hyundai Service Dealerships, and I can honestly attest that POTAMKIN HYUNDAI SERVICE IS AMONG THE VERY BEST; noting the excellency of their Service Advisor (Ara) which is commendable for her knowledge and attention to the customer. I just completed a front brake job at Potamkin and I am totally satisfied and pleased with their promptness, cleanliness, and performance. In general, I am satisfied with the service, they do everything quickly and efficiently! The only thing that upsets me every time is that the price always differs to a great extent from what I see when everything quickly and efficiently! The only thing that upsets me every time is that the price always differs to a great extent from what I see when I book a car for service through the official website. The difference is about 40-50 dollars with a service cost of 140, that is about 30%. This does not include additional work, services or service. I think it's not fair! More

Great overall experience with one exception. My service manager, Ara, was friendly and helpful. I loved the technology when entering the service area. The only thing that made this experience less than great was that mechanics forgot to reattach the bottom water shield underneath the car. I left the dealership after picking up my car and got on the highway only to hear a loud grinding noise. I then noticed the cover to the bottom of my car was in my backseat. I had to return to the dealership to reattach the bottom panel, which they did promptly, I am not sure if there was any damage to car or what the grinding sound was, but when I left the second time, the car was fine. More
