Arbi Der Krikorian is wonderful! I have dealt with GM, Honda, and Mercedes service departments, and Lexus is the best. While all the people at Lexus of Glendale are very professional and helpful, Arbi has Honda, and Mercedes service departments, and Lexus is the best. Arbi Der Krikorian at Lexus of Glendale represents the Lexus philosophy well. He is very caring and goes to extremes to make sure the customer is happy. I have witnessed this awaiting the after service return of my own vehicles, which is always pleasent in that everyone at the dealership goes to the extreme to make sure your "visit" represents, "The Best of Lexus!!" Arbi, is among the Lexus of Glendale representitives that make "visiting" for service pleasurable and almost fun! He always calls after your service visit to follow up, and make sure you are totally satisfied with Lexus of Glendale.
