If you can avoid having your car serviced here, do it. I made an appointment to deal with a recall notice, but was told only after I got there that they did not have the necessary parts. I've never encountered customer service like this -- except during my prior visits to Glendale Hyundai. (During the worst of the pandemic, when masks were mandatory, only one person in the service department was wearing a mask, covering her mouth but not her nose.) More

As of July 11, 2022 the Service Department has been shut down. Allegedly, there has been a sale of the dealership and "it's been crazy here". For the ICONIQ 5 the person I spoke with was able to provide some information on the ICONIQ 5 inventory they had that was not already under contract. I felt like he was interested in putting me in my place and that it was important I fear losing the car to work with him. When I thanked him for being generous with his time, he hung up on me. More
