I couldn't have imagined such a professional & endlessly helpful salesperson as Marie Postel Since I was switching from an older car to a newer one, I was unfamiliar with many of the digital features. Not only did she patiently explain everything, but she helped walked me through some of the phone/Apple CarPlay connections that made it possible for me to leave with everything set-up. As a short women, buying a car in a world designed for taller men, I found Marie inclusive. She has all the knowledge plus a special perspective that put me more at ease. I would recommend her to anybody of any gender, race, class or age. More

Above and beyond My wife and I dreaded the thought of shopping for a car, the high pressure, the haggling, all the concerns from previous car-buying experiences. And, My wife and I dreaded the thought of shopping for a car, the high pressure, the haggling, all the concerns from previous car-buying experiences. And, like so many others we were only at the dealership (Jennings VW) to gather information. After looking in the 'pre-owned' lot for a few moments, Allen came over. He was very polite, engaging, low keyed and helpful. We waited for the pressure, the subtle hints. None came. And, the experience kept getting better. We felt so comfortable and had so much time to think, we did end up purchasing a vehicle. But wait, there's more… We traded in a car, but realized two days later that we had traded in the wrong car! I immediately contacted Moe, Arek and Allen. With nothing but concern for our 'mistake' and our satisfaction, Moe personally retrieved our original trade-in from another dealer (considerable distance from Jennings), redid all of the paperwork and gave us a few dollars back to boot! Arek was extraordinarily helpful and reassuring through this whole process. Of course, car dealers, like any other commercial concerns, exist to make money. It is the way Jennings VW does it that makes them unique, highly rated - and successful. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is truly extraordinary. Kudos to the Jennings VW team!
