So, I recently purchased a pre-owned 2016 Audi A6 from Jennings VW. This was my second Audi A6 – the first was a 2004 that I drove for 180,000 miles. So, I was shopping for a car. I went to Jennings Chevy just to look at a Chevy SUV because the ads are terrific. I did not even know there was a VW dealership. I came across the Audi by accident – I saw it in the parking lot and asked about the car’s background. I liked the history but what convinced me to consider buying the Audi from Jennings VW, and not go to an Audi dealer where I would naturally go to buy an Audi, can be summed up in one word – Professionalism. It is the best word to describe the attention and service I received from Arek Aneszko the Pre-Driven Manager, Moe Atef the Business Manager and the newest member of the sales team, Jorge Rodriguez. I have a legal background so ask a lot of questions; they were very patient and knowledgeable. Most important, they satisfactorily answered all my questions. The final decision to purchase was made after my mechanic, who I respect and have known for a long time, said the Jennings VW reputation for sales and service was stellar. I look forward to continuing this new relationship with the everyone I dealt with at Jennings VW. I miss the 2004 Audi, but my 2016 Audi is a great replacement! More

I'd rather get a tooth pulled than work with salesmen at car dealerships. But, the moment I walked into Jennings Volkswagen I knew this was no ordinary car dealership. I was greeted by Arek Aneszko who was so friendly and attentive until he could get me a salesman to assist me. I was then introduced to Matt "the Australian" Colrain. Best salesman hands down. He spoke with me in simple terms, was very knowledgeable and most of all was fun and I never felt pressured. I found a VW Tiguan at another Volkswagen dealership that I had fallen in love with and Matt worked hard to get it and have it brought back to Jennings. He even personally drove to pick it up and bring it back all while texting me pictures of it. All that was left was the financial paperwork and Mike Fezatte made it so easy that I couldn't believe how little time it took. What a great team at Jennings! Thank you Arek, Matt and Mike! They know the product and how to demonstrate it and sell it. Our salesmen have been Arek and Arpad. Very nice, friendly gentlemen. The price negotiations are always stated clearly and cleanly. Moe who completes the paperwork is excellent at what he does in a friendly efficient manner. Moe completely explained what he’s doing and more importantly explained the process fully.
