A Great Place to Buy a Car 10 years ago my wife was interested in a new car. As a Mercedes-Benz owner I suggested she consider another German brand Volkswagen. Although Jennings was not the closest VW dealer we decided to take a look. We had the good fortune of meeting Product Specialist Arek Aneszko that day. We acquired our first VW a Rabbit that day after enjoying a very pleasant purchase experience. In 2013 we again visited Jennings and purchased my wife's new Jetta Sportwagen from Arek. I myself was back a month later purchasing a 2013 Passat SEL Premium, again with the assistance of Arek. Unable to contain myself last Monday I acquired a 2016 Passat SEL Premium with Arek's able assistance. Car sales people are generally nomadic. Not at Jennings! Both the sales and service staff have remained consistent though out the years, which speaks to the way both Arek and Jennings do business. I'm pleased to recommend Jennings both sales and service. I must add the fact that Paula Ciolino made the paperwork process silky smooth. More

I went to a number of other dealerships in the Chicagoland area and my experience at each of them was subpar. Then I went to Jennings VW and everything changed. Arek (sales) & Mike (business manager) were very knowledgable, helpful, courteous and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I got the exact car I wanted at a very fair price. There were no games or hidden fees. Everything was very straight forward. Arek was very prompt with following up with me and took the time to go over all the details such as car features, service information and other extras. Got a New Jetta-Great Experience I went to Jennings this morning to get my 2005 Passat's problem fixed. After checking, Lisa explained the problem in very detail and brought me to the car and showed me what she meant (walking through a rainy outside). When I asked if I could have a 'buying a new car' option, she brought their product specialist Arek to help me. Arek is truly professional--knowledgeable, experienced, listening to what I would like to have (I feel like he wants to help me instead of trying to sell something to me), and trustworthy. Based on car features I described I would like to have, he showed me some models and brought me to test drive -- I found my new car: a reflex silver 2016 Jetta w/technology. With their managers Ken's and Paula's help, I finished all paperwork and got the car plate transferred in short time (as I had to be home for my son after school). Arek taught me of the car new features, helped me moving my stuff to the new car, scheduled a 30-day courtesy vehicle check-up, and even offered to teach my 15-year old son how to use the new technology. I drove my new car home this afternoon. I am very impressed with Arek's service and the whole Jennings' team; and will stay with them with my new car. I already shared today's great experienced with my friend and will strongly recommend them! More

The first time we went there to look for Tiguan, its Arek who entertained us, showed us the different model and told us the difference between each model, very patient in answering our question with smiles. He even let us drive to feel how it is to drive a Tiguan even if he was not sure if we are going to purchase or lease one. After a week we came back ready to lease just to find out that the color that we want was not available. Arek find a way and offered a very good deal with another model and the color we want. The people there will make way to satisfy their customer and a very good customer service makes a huge difference. More
