Fantastic! I was interested in looking at a Pilot and was referred to Aric Curtice by my niece, who had previously purchased an Accord from Aric. Aric is extreme I was interested in looking at a Pilot and was referred to Aric Curtice by my niece, who had previously purchased an Accord from Aric. Aric is extremely knowledgeable about the entire line of Honda vehicles and answered every question I had to my satisfaction. It was extremely easy to communicate with him, and he was very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend Aric to anyone. Cody Gilmore, the Business Manager, was also extremely helpful, efficient and very friendly. Both are excellent employees, in my opinion. More

Used and not Inspected Recently purchased a used Toyota from Superior Honda of Omaha. The salesman seemed genuine. I knew the car had some flaws but was told it had been Recently purchased a used Toyota from Superior Honda of Omaha. The salesman seemed genuine. I knew the car had some flaws but was told it had been detailed, thoroughly inspected, and was in great working order. Car smelled clean, later figured out it was pet fresh that previous owner had used to clean the car, not actually detailed by dealership. Kids got in and found clumps of dog fur in cup holder. Silly me, I didn’t think to check the backseat cup holders for xxxxx of fur. As for inspection, I really don’t know if one was done or not . Car has run fine for the two days I’ve had it, fingers crossed. After driving it off the lot at 545 at night I decided to enter my preset stations on the radio. At this time I realized that the lower section of the radio controls do not work. No seek, scan, AM/FM, cd, or auxiliary buttons work. I then hit the power button thinking “oh I forgot to turn it on”, only to find out that that the power button also does not work! I then call Superior Honda of Omaha only for the receptionist to tell me, “I guess you should just take it Toyota“. At this point I am told all the Honda service techs are gone for the night, but will be back at 7 AM. Return the next day at 7 AM and I’m told there’s nothing they can do about it and that I should take it to a Toyota dealership to see what the best course of action they think would be. I take it to the Toyota dealership in Bellevue where their service tech inspected it and finds there is still a CD in the CD player! Once again, my mistake, I didn’t think to check the CD player on a vehicle I just purchased. He is unable to get the CD out! He informs me that it will cost me over $2000 to get a new stereo put in because that one does not work correctly. We contact Superior Honda of Omaha sales person who tells me he’ll see what he can do after talking to his manager. I eventually have to re-contact him to find out that there is nothing they can/will do. He does apologize and tells me that I will have to figure out something else stereo wise. This is of course what I had expected. He apologized again and told me that they are willing to re-detail the car and pay up to $150 to get an aftermarket stereo put in. Unfortunately, if we go this route the stereo will not connect to the steering wheel functions (as told to me by the Toyota tech). I told him I’d rather save up my own money and have it done right, but until then I have a self-help cd stuck in my car. So to recap, I’m fairly sure I won’t shop nor recommend Superior Honda of Omaha. I know I’m not qualified to inspect a car thoroughly; I had really hoped they were. Also, wondering what their definition of “detailed” is. Really, my only positive things to say are 1) I have a car with great mpg and runs well (so far) 2) my sales person was a great guy who I’d probably recommend if he changed dealerships and 3) an education in “buyer beware”. More

Always a great experience purchasing a car from Superior. I have purchased several cars from Superior and they always make it such a pleasant experience! I just recently purchased a 2019 CRV and Aric and Joh I have purchased several cars from Superior and they always make it such a pleasant experience! I just recently purchased a 2019 CRV and Aric and John were great! I can't imagine buying anywhere else! More

Unexceptionally great. As always, my experience at Superior Honda was terrific. As soon as I arrived I was directed to Aric and from there it was a pleasant and satisfying As always, my experience at Superior Honda was terrific. As soon as I arrived I was directed to Aric and from there it was a pleasant and satisfying experience. I was turning in my expiring lease vehicle and getting a new one. Aric gave me options to work with for new cars which made it easy for me to go with the Honda Civic Sport. He pointed out the good points and how this new model compared to my old model Honda Civic EX. Within an hour or so, I had picked out my new car. The paper work is always time consuming but a necessary process. All went off without a problem and I was on my way by early afternoon. Right now, I have no regrets or problems. There are always minor glitches to overcome but everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable, and concerned to get me what I wanted. I have no complaints at this time and look forward to my future driving experience with my new vehicle til its time to do it over again at Superior Honda of Omaha. More
