World Class Service! Jay, AK and Angie were simply awesome today. I travel extensively and I walked in hoping to get my 4-Runner serviced as I knew I would be over my mile Jay, AK and Angie were simply awesome today. I travel extensively and I walked in hoping to get my 4-Runner serviced as I knew I would be over my mileage limit by the time I returned from my trip. I did no even bring this up. I walked in and Jay ran up to me shook my hand and asked me what he could do for me. I told him I needed my oil changed and that I did not have an appointment. He said no worries we will get you taken care of and get you back on the road as soon as possible. Aric kept me informed as Jay was assisting other guests and told me I would be done shortly. Angela was nice enough to tell me that my wipers were not cleaning the windshield and could she change those out for me while the vehicle was in the bay and I said of course. I was in and out in less than an hour and I cannot tell you how convenient that was. Take your Toyota to Molle Toyota! They will exceed your expectations for sure! Thank you EVERYONE! More

They have two service centers! I went to the west service center. Not sure which one I was supposed to go to but very boring waiting area with only a few chairs around a center tabl I went to the west service center. Not sure which one I was supposed to go to but very boring waiting area with only a few chairs around a center table. They had a self serve coffee center and loud vending machine. Very lackluster but the service was very fast! I was actually an hour early and it was done close to my appointment time. Last time I went to the very nice flashy side with big screen TVs and nice chairs it took much longer! More
