My appointment for an oil change/recalls and a possible alignment was scheduled for 9/15/25 in the morning and was given the option to drop off the vehicle early. Was told it may get worked on if there’s availability before my scheduled appointment. Dropped off vehicle on 9/10 and unfortunately for me, it did not get worked on by the end of the week(9/13). Not a big deal as I was advised it may or may not happen. I inquired for an update Monday(9/15) afternoon and was told that it did not get worked on. 9/16 was the same as the tech was not in. By Thursday(9/18) is when I was able to pick up my vehicle. Service adviser was friendly and easy to work with but dissatisfied that on my scheduled appointment day that the work on my vehicle did not even get started. It took 4 days for the service to get completed and on the 4th day for me to get a confirmation that the work was completed. More
