There was a car I was interested in and it was at Ascension Honda. Everyone really was very nice and friendly. I just showed up without an appointment expecting to have to wait awhile since they were Ascension Honda. Everyone really was very nice and friendly. I just showed up without an appointment expecting to have to wait awhile since they were busy, but the saleman I had talked to on the phone Daryl Beard came out right after he got message I was there with the keys to the car. Did the test drive. Really liked the car..Talked with Sheldon the loan officer told him what I needed to drive it home. I got the payments I needed, and a bumper to bumper warranty for my 2014 Hyundai Elantra.. The price was good and the car runs great. Got what I expected from my trade in.. I don't think I was told no to anything I asked for to get my car. They really try to help you get what you need to get what your wanting. I would recommend anyone to go there first before going any place else. From salesman on up to loan manager Ascension Honda is the best! Nickie D. More

DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM HERE. My daughter bought her HRV from here brand new. The driver side window had issues rolling all the way up from day one with several mentions of it My daughter bought her HRV from here brand new. The driver side window had issues rolling all the way up from day one with several mentions of it. She was given a “temporary” fix to the problem until, wait for it, the warranty expired. Then, all of a sudden, they tell her she needs to have it fixed, but will not cover the cost. Terrible service department there with Chelsea and her boss. Absolute trash business. Stay away. More

I knew more about the car than they did. Seemed like they only focused on moving units and high volume. Seemed like they only focused on moving units and high volume. More
